class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Instituto de Promoci\u00f3n del Yoga para la Vida Sana de la UNAN-Managua, desarroll\u00f3 el encuentro \u00abRespira, Anima y Florece\u00bb promoviendo la pr\u00e1ctica de esta disciplina como t\u00e9cnica para el fortalecimiento emocional y la prevenci\u00f3n de las depresiones.<\/p><p>En el encuentro realizado en la Shala de Yoga, participaron servidores p\u00fablicos docentes y administrativos quienes desarrollaron diversos ejercicios para el bienestar y la vida sana.<\/p><p><em><u><img decoding=\"async\" \/><\/u><\/em><\/p><p>Esta sesi\u00f3n especial integra a la comunidad universitaria en la sensibilizaci\u00f3n mundial sobre el abordaje de las depresiones como estado que puede acompa\u00f1ar a cualquier ser humano y que debe atenderse desde la persona, la familia y la comunidad, utilizando las t\u00e9cnicas alternativas que fortalecen el Buen Vivir.<\/p><p>Desde el Instituto se destac\u00f3 que este espacio facilita la experiencia a la comunidad universitaria y servidores p\u00fablicos dem\u00e1s instituciones de nuestro Gobierno Sandinista, la pr\u00e1ctica de t\u00e9cnicas para el dimensi\u00f3n org\u00e1nica y bioqu\u00edmica del cuerpo, facilitando la circulaci\u00f3n y el buen funcionamiento del organismo, a la vez, se enfatiz\u00f3 que estas t\u00e9cnicas les permiten a los protagonistas que vivan el yoga como una alternativa a los desaf\u00edos de la vida, de tal manera que puedan gestionar de manera adecuada las emociones.<\/p><p>De igual manera se reconoci\u00f3 que la pr\u00e1ctica del yoga aporta a la Estrategia Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n en Todas sus Modalidades \u201cBendiciones y Victorias\u201d 2024-2026, enfatizando en el cumplimiento del primer eje Educaci\u00f3n para la Vida, ya que fomenta en la Juventud Heroica de Todos los Tiempos la Cultura de Paz y la Convivencia Armoniosa en una naci\u00f3n que avanza con Amor hacia la
